Splashtop SOS
Before you book

Install Splashtop SOS (EU)

A successful video support session requires Splashtop SOS (EU) installed on the PC running PhotoRobot Controls. At the start of each call, the user creates a 9-digit access code and shares it with the engineer — no persistent connection, no always-on listener.

Important: use the EU regional version — the US version cannot grant access to PhotoRobot engineers. Setup takes ~2 minutes, best done together with PhotoRobot Controls installation.

Coming back to PWS?

Service plans lapse — it happens. If you'd like to bring your fleet back under PWS coverage, expect two steps.

1 — Equipment check Paid mechanical inspection. Establishes the current condition of your fleet — both sides start with a clean baseline.
2 — New PWS contract Signed at the prevailing rate. Everything PWS includes resumes from day one — free support, priority slots, voucher access.
